Quinlan Medical Management, a Florida State certified Minority Business, was founded in 2004 by Patricia Quinlan, RN, BS, CCM, CDMS. Ms. Quinlan has more than 20 years experience in the insurance industry and has served as a rehabilitation advisor, insurance company liaison, branch manager and Florida Managed Care Plan Administrator for both rehabilitation providers and a major claims administrator.

The company was started to provide services targeted to the insurance industry’s needs in resolving challenging cases. The growth for Quinlan Medical Management has been significant but has not been accomplished at the cost of quality. The Company’s philosophy is to meet the client’s needs by responding to stated service requests in a timely and cost effective manner.

Quinlan Medical Management is comprised of its founder, Patricia Quinlan, a team of administrative staff, TCM RN staff and more than 60 Rehabilitation providers throughout the southeast.

Territory: Quinlan Medical Management covers all of Florida as well as areas of Alabama, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, and Tennessee.


Case Manager Qualifications: QMM Case Managers are licensed case managers and hold at least one of the following certifications: Certified Case Manager (CCM), Certified Disability Management Specialist (SDMS), Certified Occupational Health Nurse (COHN), or Certified Registered Rehabilitation Nurse (CRRN). The diverse backgrounds of our case mangers along with their extensive experience in both Worker’s Compensation and Group Health, allow our case managers to address a variety of potential issues such as hazardous work sites or dangerous actions in the workplace. Our case managers will also identify possible job modifications that will allow for a more timely return to work. In addition, our case managers can help identify any pre-existing pathology which is preventing recovery from the current injury.
